Actions
Actions option gives you all the details about the completed Campaigns and Campaigns yet to run.
Edit a Pre-existing Campaign
As a club admin, you can edit a pre-existing campaign and its details if you want to make some changes to the set campaign.
To edit a campaign details, navigate through Organizations > Messages:
- In the Messages page, you’ll find a list of pre-existing set campaigns. Select the campaign you want to edit and click on the Actions option (⋮) on the left, it’ll give you three options – Edit, Copy, Delete – these options only appear for Campaigns yet to be active.
- Click on Edit, it’ll take you to a new page containing details of the selected campaign.
- There, you can change the details of the Campaign, like – Email, Choose whether the Campaign is Ready to Send as Scheduled, set Filters, change the Campaign Title, Reply to Email, From Name, Type, Date & Time to Send, for Genders, Tags.
- Click on Save, once you’ve made the desired changes. On successful save, you’ll get a pop-up message about the Campaign being updated.
You can only change the campaign details of the campaigns yet to activate.
Copy a Pre-existing Campaign
Copying a pre-existing campaign will copy the website’s link the campaign is available at. This makes it easier for you to jump directly into the specific Campaign’s page.
The Campaign's copied URL can also be used for sharing.
To copy a campaign, navigate through Organizations > Messages:
- In the Messages page, you’ll find a list of pre-existing set campaigns. Select the campaign you want to copy and click on the Actions option (⋮) on the left, it’ll give you three options – Edit, Copy, Delete – these options only appear for Campaigns yet to be active.
- Click on Copy, it’ll copy the campaign’s link to your clipboard.
- Paste the campaign’s link to a web browser of choice to visit it directly.
Delete a Pre-existing Campaign (Hard Delete)
As a club admin, you can delete a pre-existing campaign yet to be active that you don’t want to send/publish. Deleting a Campaign will delete the campaign and its related campaign data.
Deleting a Campaign will delete the campaign and its related data from the UI and the database.
To delete a campaign, navigate through Organizations > Messages:
- In the Messages page, you’ll find a list of pre-existing set campaigns. Select the campaign you want to delete and click on the Actions option (⋮) on the left, it’ll give you three options – Edit, Copy, Delete – these options only appear for Campaigns yet to be active.
- Click on Delete to delete the Campaign entirely.
- On successful deletion, you’ll get a pop-up message about the Campaign being deleted.
You can only delete campaigns yet to activate/run.
When deleting a campaign, you WILL NOT be asked for a confirmation, so delete a campaign only if you’re sure about it.
Archive an Existing Campaign (Soft Delete)
As a club admin, you can archive a campaign that’s pushed/activated to save it for reference or other purposes. Archiving a Campaign will remove the campaign and its related campaign data from the Messages page.
Archiving a Campaign will remove the campaign and its related data from the Team League’s Messages page/UI, the campaign's data remains stored in database.
To archive a campaign, navigate through Organizations > Messages:
- In the Messages page, you’ll find a list of campaigns (completed and yet to run on a future date). Select the completed campaign (by looking at their dates. The completed campaign will have a prior date) you want to archive and click on the Actions option (⋮) on the left, it’ll give you two options – Archive, Copy – these options only appear for the completed Campaigns.
- Click on Archive to archive the Campaign.
- On successful archive, you’ll get a pop-up message about the Campaign being archived.
You can only archive the completed campaigns.
When archiving a campaign, you WILL NOT be asked for a confirmation, so archive a campaign only if you’re sure about it.
