Declined List
The Declined List section displays the details of all the members whose join request has been declined for various reasons.
It’ll have the following details of the declined members – Name, Location, Date of Request.

| Name | displays the member’s name, age, gender, phone number and email address. |
| Location | displays the location – city, state, country they’re from. |
| Date of Request | displays the date they’ve made the request to join the club. |
Get Member’s Request Declined Details
A member’s join request can be denied for a variety of reasons. You can know more about them in the Declined List page.
To know more about why a member’s join request was declined, navigate through Organizations > Members > Declined List:
- Select/Search the member you want to get the details for, click on the member and it’ll take you to a new section where you can see the following details about the member – Name, Gender, Age, Phone, Email, Last Request, Last Declined, History, Reason of Rejection, etc.
- The Reason of Rejection present at the end of the page details about why the admin declined the member’s request to join the club.

Once a member’s join request is declined, it can not be approved for the same session.

To join the club again, the member will have to make a new join request to the club.
